ASHLEY SOLIMAN is a costume designer and visual artist based in NYC. The Price marks her debut with Long Wharf Theatre. Working across genres including opera, musical theater, plays, dance, and puppetry, Ashley’s designs continue to be seen on local and regional stages. Her creative practices are rooted in the language of color, the physical manifestation of inner worlds, and the desire to create garments that resonate with both wearer and audience. Ashley‘s keen eye, varied skill sets, and collaborative curiosity guide her through the distinct challenges that each production brings, resulting in a fresh approach for tales new and old. She was named as one of Broadway Women’s Fund 2023 “Women to Watch on Broadway“ and is a member of Local USA 829.

For Long Wharf Theater: The Chinese Lady. Selected directing: SUMO (The Public Theater, La Jolla Playhouse); The Far Country (Yale Repertory Theatre); Tiger Style! (South Coast Repertory); Happy Fall: A Queer Stunt Spectacular (Contemporary American Theater Festival); Felix Starro, Among the Dead, and Once Upon a (Korean) Time (Ma-Yi). Peña is the Producing Artistic Director and a founding member of Ma-Yi Theater Company, where he nurtures and champions plays by Asian American writers. A 2026 Guggenheim Fellow, he received an Obie Award for his work on The Romance of Magno Rubio. He has taught directing at HB Studio and Fordham University.

For director Sam Mendes, he toured four continents in The Winter’s Tale, and around the U.S in Cabaret. Mark teaches at Circle in the Square Theater School.
