Theatre Policies


TICKET SALES
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable. Fees may apply for exchanges. All single ticket prices include a $4 facilities and restoration fee. If purchasing over the phone or online an additional handling fee of $5.50 per ticket will be charged.

CANCELED PERFORMANCES
If the show is canceled, we will contact you to choose an alternative date. Please check the Long Wharf website homepage or Facebook page for announcements of canceled performances. All tickets are non-refundable. If for any reason (for example: winter weather) you are unable to attend, but the performance goes on as scheduled, please contact the box office to see if you can exchange your tickets. Fees may apply for any exchange request. 

LATE SEATING
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management. Late seating may not be available for all shows. Help us out by planning to arrive at least 15 minutes before the expected start of your performance.

CHILDREN
Children under the age of 7 are not admitted unless otherwise posted. We do not post age suggestions or ratings for productions, but some shows may not be appropriate for all ages. If you would like to bring someone under 18, but would like more information on a show’s content please contact our box office.

THEATRE ETIQUETTE
Please turn off cell phones and all electronic devices while inside the theatre. Please also refrain from talking during the performance. Noise can be distracting to the performers and your fellow audience members during the show. We want everyone to enjoy the show.

PHOTOGRAPHY
The taking of photographs or recordings of any kind before, during or after the performance without written permission from Long Wharf Theatre is strictly prohibited.

SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited everywhere in the theatre.
