Long Wharf Theatre is always working towards being more accessible. Please inform the Box Office prior to the performance if wheelchair seating or assistance will be required for anyone in your party. For any additional feedback or suggestions, please contact info@longwharf.org.

The Theater and Performance Studies Black Box at Yale University is accessible by the ramp entrance on Church Street.  

There is no parking or handicap-accessible spots at the building. 

Audience seating will be elevated.  The first row will not require stairs.  Priority seating will be provided for those with accessibility needs. If you need a seat closer to the performers for vision or hearing needs, limited mobility, or wheelchair accommodation, please contact our Box Office at boxoffice@longwharf.org or call/text (203) 693-1486.

Large print programs are available upon request at our Box Office.   

Two individual all-gender restrooms and the men’s restroom are located on the ground floor. The women’s room is located on the lower level accessible by stairs. There is no elevator to the lower level. 

The Canal Dock Boathouse is an accessible building. There is an elevator to navigate between the floors of the boathouse. There are ten handicap accessible parking spots at the boathouse.

Audience seating will be elevated. The first row will not require stairs. Priority seating will be provided in the first for those with accessibility needs.
