Imagine seeing only the first act of a show, or a performance with no costuming and lighting!
Ticket sales cover less than half of the costs of Long Wharf's season. The remaining costs are covered by the generosity of donors, and the greatest contributors to Long Wharf's many programs are the family of individual donors like you.

Because our donors make all we do possible, we are very grateful to you. To express in some small way, our appreciation for your support, we offer donors of $150 or more unique access to Long Wharf Theatre:
- Invitations to working rehearsals: What does it really take to get a show up on stage? How did that actor change costumes so quickly? Why did the director decide to have the actors positioned in a particular way? Find out all this and more at a working rehearsal, when actors, costumes, props, lighting, and sound all come together onstage for the first time. This is an insider's look at what makes a seamless live performance.
- Annual Patrons' Dinner: Kickoff the season with a celebratory dinner on the opening night of the season.
- Annual Chair's dinner: Celebrate the season's success on the opening night of the final main stage production.

MEMORIAL GIFTS OR A GIFT IN HONOR OF . . .
A wonderful way to memorialize or honor a loved one is through a gift in his or her name. Recognition of this honor will be provided in the theatre's Playbill.
RESTRICTED GIFTS
You may wish to earmark your gift for a specific area of the Theatre's activities including the education, internship and outreach programs. We will also be happy to designate your gift toward a specific production or production need such as costumes, scenery, lighting, music, etc.
GIFTS WITH SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
Many donors prefer to make their gift at the time they renew their season subscription. A line is provided in the renewal form for your convenience.
